I then add a lot of pages (like 200) to the document.

I mark my text frames in the Master Document with the appropriate tags.

I open the 'Tags' window and Import and XML file.

I add a bunch of text frames where I want the imported data from the XML file to be places.

And Google searches haven't returned much fruitful. The documentation has been pretty poor for me. I've been reading online and working with InDesign's 'Import XML' features without any luck. I want to merge the XML data with the InDesign page and have a few hundred pages automatically generated. I've created an XML file with all the appropriate data. Is there some way for me to do this? I opened up the FillTextFrame script in Adobe’s ExtendScript Toolkit to try to see how it’s structured, but the script is just a bunch of random letters… very weird.I've created some InDesign Pages that I want to use as templates. (d) if the text is overset, reducing the tracking until the text fills the lines of the frame exactly (but only up to -20). One thing I am wondering about is: is there a way to do something similar to the FillTextFrame function, but that adjusts the tracking instead of the font size?
