But the John Deere simply has a sliding lever system which has been on most farm tractors for 50+ years. You are also correct that the Mahindra lift works the same as the Kubota. The Kubota has the lift lever system that your referring to and are correct about. It is kinda cunning for John Deere to take advantage of that and advertise their tractor as being superior over such a simple item it has and the others are missing lol

Thats why on the John Deere commercials they show the kubota or mahindra driver jerking the lever all over the place like he can't find the place he had his lift set last time. It really is mind boggling that a lot of these SCUT tractors dont come with such a simple item on them to stop the lever at the same position every time. Its a matter of stopping the lever in the same place every time. Essentially the lift on any tractor will go into a neutral position when the lever stops. All the heigth stop does is ensure you stop the lever at the same place every time. It returns to a neutral position anytime the lever stops somewhere.
